Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All ranking, match history, and progress is removed immediately. If you need help, contact us at the email above as soon as possible.
You earn or lose points based on match results. Reach the promotion threshold to move up a division. Fall below the relegation threshold to move down. Points are updated immediately after each rated match.
Email us at globalfootballchallange@gmail.com with your username, match date, and a description of the issue. We investigate all reports.
You can delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Or visit our account deletion page for full instructions.
